Hmmmm. . . Inquiring minds want to know. I had to look up on Google where Jesmond was - yeah, my geography is awful. There seems to be loads of bars and pubs if you get thirsty.
Jesmond as in Newcastle? Haven't been to that city in a while. Are you making like the locals Vikki and keeping just the t-shirt on while you're out? ;-) Fi...xxx
Jesmond as in Newcastle indeed. We were down there for the weekend so Vikki could go to her sister's hen night. It was certainly an interesting weekend, about which more will no doubt be blogged later. And no, I didn't know where Jesmond was either until a few weeks ago.
Hya folks, I'm back from Jesmond now and just about recovered from the experience! I kept my coat on while outside Fi but the locals wore as few clothes as possible it seemed! It was a mad place on Saturday night, full of hen and stag gangs and people dressed in dubious costumes. I just got a bit drunk then fell asleep standing up in the nightclub (so I've been told, I don't remember that bit) then tried to get back to the hotel early. Called Iain to give me a lift but he got lost and ended up waiting an hour outside the club with one other girl. Iain was not happy and Magnus had been gripey too. i guess I won't be having another night out for a while. I was impressed by Newcastle, next time I'd like to look round with out a hangover.
